Upper Extractions with Bone Grafting and Delayed Implant-Supported Denture

This case involved the removal of the patient’s remaining upper teeth followed by bone grafting to rebuild and strengthen the jaw in preparation for dental implants. A temporary denture was placed during the healing phase to maintain appearance and function. After several months of healing, dental implants were placed to support a fixed implant-supported denture. The final result restored stability, comfort, and a natural-looking smile for the upper arch.
