This case involved the removal of all remaining compromised teeth, followed by immediate placement of dental implants in both the upper and lower arches. Fixed implant-supported dentures were delivered the same day, allowing the patient to leave with secure, non-removable teeth. By strategically positioning implants to support each arch, we restored full function, stability, and a natural appearance. The result is a strong, long-term solution designed to provide comfort, confidence, and a fully restored smile.
